Why we started Nurses for Nurses...
Hi there!
We’re Jen and Emily, two nurses who know firsthand what it’s like to feel trapped by the system. We’ve faced burnout, bullying, and the endless grind of climbing corporate ladders in healthcare, sometimes pushing ourselves to the breaking point only to realize the rewards were never worth the cost.
Somewhere along the way, we asked ourselves, "There has to be more to life than this, RIGHT?!" And then the universe brought us together. Two nurses with the same vision, the same frustration, and the same desire for something better.
That’s when Nurses for Nurses was born. We decided to start creating spaces where nurses everywhere could access the tools, inspiration, and support to take back their lives without sacrificing their health, their sanity, or their purpose.
We’re here to help you reclaim your time, your energy, and your joy. To show you that you don’t have to grind yourself down to survive in healthcare. That you can build a life and a career that truly fulfills you.
